How to take your measurements Description: Welcome Dorothy to Munchkinland in this women's Oz Munchkin ballerina costume. This adult Munchkin costume includes a pink dress and hat. The pink dress is 90% polyester and 10% nylon. It zips up the back for closure. The dress has ruffles around the neck. These ruffles continue to the back of the dress and make flutter sleeves. The dress is also longer in the back of the skirt. There is a pink netting over the skirt and top ruffle of the dress. The pink foam hat is shaped like a traditional elf hat. At the top point there is a light pink fabric rose. The same light pink, netted material is around the bottom of the hat. The hat ties under the chin with two pink ribbons.
