Dress is made of 100% polyester and has great polka dot, and red ruffled trim detail throughout. The back laces up, the sleeves have elastic for a bunched up appearance, and there are two handy pockets in the front. Also includes white bloomers! Clown hat headpiece has foam to keep the shape and is attached to a headband for comfort while the bow-tie velcros to adjust easily. Striped stockings top off this unique clown look.
