Black Petticoat Slip

This black petticoat is a great costume accessory for many of our womens Halloween costumes. The adult petticoat is made of satin and has a 20"-32" elastic waist. The midsection of the slip is made of crinoline while the bottom has 3” of decorative lace in a teardrop pattern. The petticoat measures 13" long.
